I titled the one from the 50@50 show “morning stretch.” This one is based on the same idea — but more of stretching throughout the day as one works — and I thought that an afternoon or mid-day stretch would be better with this one. Throughout the day when I am cramped up at my desk, I like to stretch to get rid of kinks… and also to wake-up! This one should be easy for Arthur to hold and be nice in the hand.
