Cape Dorset Prints 2010

The Annual Print Collection from Cape Dorset is the much anticipated Inuit art event of the Fall season. A tradition since 1959, the collection presents the work of Cape Dorset’s talented graphic artists—both young and old working together in the co-operatively owned Kinngait Studios.

The 2010 print collection includes 34 images by 9 different artists. Familiar names such as Kenojuak Ashevak, Kananginak Pootoogook and Pitaloosie Saila are represented, along with Jutai Toonoo, Kavavaow Mannomee, Ningeokuluk Teevee, Ohotaq Mikkigak, Shuvinai Ashoona and Tim Pitsiulak.
