“mother and child: he’s a little timid”

Mom rushes in to make sure he’s OK. He was never one to be overly vocal or wanting to be in the spot-light, so shy and timid he was. When mother was around, she was always making sure that everything was OK for him. Now, don’t get me wrong, there are times when he’s glad that mother is around, but there are those times he just wishes she wasn’t… so he could fend for himself.
