Jennifer Paige Russell

Jennifer Paige Russell is a Tsimshian from Lax Kw’alaams, BC. Jennifer is from the Ganhada Raven Clan of the Git’eese Tribe. She is also Gitxsan from Gitsegukla. Jennifer was inspired to learn Northwest Coast art work through participating in cultural singing and dancing. She has been involved with the Lax Kw’alaams Tribal Dancers and the X’bisuunt Dancers from Kitsumkalum since she was 4 years old. She has designed a logo and a mural painting for Coast Tsimshian Academy and helped with the paintings in Prince Rupert Secondary School. Her art has been in three different shows in the past year.
